    Butter both slices of bread and lightly toast on a pan / griddle.

    Spread hummus on one slice.

  3. 3

    Add greens and cucumber slices on top of the hummus.

  4. 4

    Add ketchup / hot sauce and the cheese slice on the other slice.

  5. 5

    Put the two halves together, cut in half and enjoy!
