Avocado Mushroom Sandwich

Instructions

    Slice the portobello mushrooms.

    Heat a pan, add olive oil, and saute mushrooms with salt and pepper as per taste. Flip the mushroom slices so that both sides are nicely cooked. You should see them turning golden brown.

    Apply butter on both sides of the bread and lightly toast them on pan

    Apply any hot sauce/chipotle sauce/indian mango pickle, whatever is available on both slices.

    Arrange sauteed mushroom slices and avocado slices on one slice.

    You can optionally squeeze some lemon on the avocado.

    Put this other slice on top of the other half

  8. 8

    Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy!!
